Uhh... nope :)

AIM/ICQ clients will only be able to group chat with AIM/ICQ users...
there's no way around that.

If, say, the ICQ transport supports bridging ICQ group chats into Jabber,
you as an individual Jabber user would be able to participate in that ICQ
group chat, but you could not invite in other Jabber/AIM/etc users, they
would have to use ICQ as well.
