[JDEV] Connectivity and streaming.

I have been working on some Java-related code, however I've not been able to
do anything about putting it on the master CVS because, basically, my life
is being turned upside down right now...

I have some XML parser code that will be useful in constructing a Jabber
interface in Java, and I was working on getting it properly documented for
checking in before I had to go out of town (which is where I still am).

  The Win32 list would be my fault.  Unfortionatly, I've been so involved
with 
other things, I'm finding I spend less and less time in Visual C++.  But
then, 
the same situation arises.  I see no one else submitting code, but several 
waiting for mine.. ;-P
