With this reply, I am turning standards-compliant digisig *back on*
until the time someone provides a reason not to.

Giving in to impoliteness just encourages it.  Turning off digisigs
due to the potential of less-intelligent persons' replies is "giving
them what they want" which should be reserved for those who provide
well-reasoned explanataions.

I'll sign this now, awaiting the possibility of a well-reasoned explanation.
