[JDEV] Question about licensing

  If this is indeed true, I'd like to see more research regarding this, becouse 
I feel that we do indeed need this clause.  I see NO REASON why someone can't 
release a transport, etc, using our libs that contain proprietary data, and 
hence CANNOT be released under GPL..
