[JDEV] Channel Logs

Just so you all know I have fixed Jabbot on #jabber, and he is once again
spitting out logs to http://jabber.box5.net.  There is also a new feature that
should prove useful.  If you are having a conversation and realize that it is
important you can say <HIGHLIGHT> in the channel.  This will set the background
color of all text a yellow highlighter color.  You can stop the hightlight with
</HIGHLIGHT>.  Have a good time all!
