[JDEV] Back on track (update)

The holidays kind of slowed everything down a bit, but things are moving
again and we're getting 0.9 server and transport development rolling.

The final version of the "Jabber Essay" is available at:

Give it a read and send any comments/corrections to me.  I'll roll them in
and post it officially early tomorrow morning.

The new web site is up at http://jabber.org/ and developers site at
http://dev.jabber.org, so take a quick perusal and send any broken links,
grammer, or spelling problems to me and we'll get them fixed ASAP.

TEAM ADMINS: Please update your team's project listing and post a news
item with the current team/project status.
