[JDEV] jabber:iq:roster question

Can someone please explain what each thing in the jabber:iq:roster
<item/> does?  There is an example that does not use every field, and
that's it.  I guess what I'm asking for is better documentation of the
<item/> tag.

In fact the documentation for all of the jabber:iq:xxxxx namespaces
needs to be improved greatly.  None of them are as detailed as the
<message/> and <presence/> documentation.
