[JDEV] Yahoo Transport

As a note y'all should probably get a fresher copy of yahoolib.c, as it has
had some bugs fixed, as well as having some stuff for conferences added.
Also, I was a little curious why you were calling sendcmd directly to send
the message instead of using yahoo_cmd_msg().
