[JDEV] Movement of conversations..

  Several people have brought up a valid point here, and I'd like to point 
people to the win32-dev list regarding win32 issues.  The issues surrounding 
Win32 development simply do not belong on jdev., so please subscribe if you're 
not, and post your wishes/gripes, flames at me, etc, over there..

  The subscription page can be reached off of win32.jabber.org

  I know this has been hashed out millions of times now, and if you feel the 
need to flame and vent, please, PLEASE at least choose the right list to do it 
on.
