[JDEV] Win32 Clients

Yeah you probably have stepped over the line and started a flame war because
when I BEGAN this list, I was asked what I wanted to do.
My ANSWER was to TEST the LIBRARY.
I've said numerous times that I'm not qualified to write the library.
Make sure you know what your talking about before you go and Flame someone.
Other's have also asked about the availability if the Jabber DLL for
*Testing*.
Not to be rude, but Shut-Up and be cool.
