Noia allow the download of their beta WAP server (it will expire)
and you can also download their test SDK which has a simulator etc.
They have another version (available from www.wapsdk.org) but you
need Nokia to give you a username/password to get in.
There is an Open Source WAP/SMS server available from WAPIT at
www.wapgateway.org
