[JDEV] wireless IM

Talk like this (below) excites me.
But I feel paralized because there are virtually no Win32 Dev resources.
I'm really getting depressed about this -- do we at least have a target date
for the alpha or beta release of Jabber.dll for Win32?
Would I test this using a Jabber server already up?
Then, what do I do for my own server, setup a Linux machine or will an NT
Jabber server ever be available.
