[JDEV] IETF effort question

The IMPP development is just nearing the end of the requirements phase,
and they haven't even started discussing implementation and protocol
issues, so it's a little early to start planning for anything yet.

On the other hand, Jabber's architecture already meets the requirements
doc in almost every way except for security aspects, which if anyone is
interested in adding security please check out http://secure.jabber.org/
and start discussing the options.
