[JDEV] Jabber 0.6 server running at jabber.org

I have a 0.6 server up and running here on the server. The
username/password to login is the same as your Jabber Developer
account.

This is only a temporary solution until we can get the newer 0.7 efforts
compilable and usable.  The 0.6 server will still make an excellent test
for those developing clients.
