[JDEV] Jabber, Security, and Encryption

If you are interested in anything relating to security or encryption and
Jabber, please read on.

There has been quite a bit of interest in securing Jabber or at least
offering a "secure server" in some fashion.  Because of the amount of
interest, I've created a "secure" team and a rudimentary page and charter
at: http://secure.jabber.org/

Any conclusions, reccomendations, or suggestions from this team can be
posted to the secure.jabber.org site and linked to from jabber.org and
announced in various places.  I'm as interested as anyone else in making
Jabber safe and secure for those that want it, but I don't have the
expertise to do this so I'm looking to you guys for help here!
