Ahh... yes, in fact the "negotiation system" to facilitate CTC is one of
the forces behind the Info/Query stuff.  If you don't know what I'm
talking about, give me about an hour here to update the Info/Query
proposal and post it since it goes along with the File Xfer stuff.
