[JDEV] Client Redundancy

This is an excellent idea and has been brought up before, but because of
the way jabber is structured(similiar to email) the redundancy is easiest
to support at the network level, not within the protocol/server itself.
The "Personal Jabber Server" project at http://personal.jabber.org/ might
be an option to sidestep server downtime. I'll be posting details about
that project soon.
