Previouse proposals would be to use an http URL to transfer these types of files.. There are many, MANY easy to use tools to provide for these types of transfers..
I actually had a semi-working file transfer function without a Win32 client thta split up a file and uuencoded it, sending it along inside of the <ext></ext> tags..
There are MANY ways to do this.. I firmly belive that there should be a way to stream file transfers, hence, easily allowing for offline storage. the UUENCODE way worked, as jabbertransport already supports buffering of offline users messages..
