    I've completed XML:Parser for Tcl/Tk. If anyone has interest
in converting Tcl code to C or whatever language they are using,
I'll put it in my webpage, http://waster.8m.com , possibly tonight.
    Now I'm starting coding zABBER, in protocol 19990324...
